Sadly it took George Dubya Bush getting re elected for me to realize I would need a college degree to ensure a good retirement life for myself. Despite financial setbacks and the occasional failed exam, I'm graduating in December with 2 BA degrees.

At the time I was born, I suffered two strokes causing brain damage with the doctors telling me and my parents I would not be able to function like others especially to even graduate from high school with a dipolma attending college. Over the years, the brain damage is still there with the existence of a Learning Disability, however, it has healed on its own as I have graduated from high school with a regular standard diploma and currently attending college for an A.A. degree in Broadcast Journalism. I am blessed and lucky to even be on this earth today alive.

I was suspended from my university for failing grades due to my completely giving up on classes while going through a depression stemming from financial and emotional hardships at home. After being out of school for 3 years, I decided to return to school to complete my degree.

Getting a refund from my cell phone carrier for a feature that I did not sign up for and they charged me anyway. Took several failed attempts but after the last hour phone call I got my $200 refund.

Yes! After failing a course in college, I lost my early admittance to grad school to a low GPA. However, I took summer courses, pulled up my GPA to a 4.0 and managed to get it back.
