If I was in neighborhood watch I would def clean up the streets epecially if there was an alien invasion.

By getting security camera that enter our community and patrol the neighborhood. Then get to know people in the community so they will know we are looking out for our neighborhood.

Dog next door over barks at any movement near this townhouse. Outside lights always on. Watch for strangers. Up very late.

I would buy one of those Honey Badgers and take him with me when I go out on my watch. If I would see a bad guy I would sic Honey Badger on him cause Honey Badger don't care.

If I was on the neighborhood watch I would dress up as a ghostbuster and run around town at night. Nobody would mess with a guy with a proton pack. They would be risking having every cell in their body undergo total protonic reversal.

Put up crime watch signs and signs informing people they are under camera surveillance. Have bbqs, picnics and block parties; so neighbors could meet each other and watch out for one another. Have a night watchman, which is neighbors taking turns and driving around at night to report suspicious activity to the police.
