I'd have everyone on the neighborhood watch either wear superhero costumes or at least get them all cool jackets similar to this movie. Not that it makes the neighborhood safer, but it definitely makes it cooler. No matter what, I'd try to get Jonah Hill to join.

I'd have patrols walking various sections of the neighborhod, alternating breaks to ensure everyone was getting necessary rest.

I would tie a towel around my neck, put on some boots, underwear, and a mask, then use a vocoder to intimidate crime right out the neighborhood.

I would recomend that people do these following things at their property so that my job as I walked the neighborhood would be easier.The best security is to have an alarm system. Keep your cars in a garage or if outside , always lock them. Walk around your property and make sure that you do not leave papers outside so that it looks like your on vacation. Have lights on a timer.
Have a sign saying the name of your alarm company to scare away robbers.

I'd make sure there was proper lighting on the streets, and I'd have a flashlight available and a way of contacting the local police authority to report any suspicious activity.
