The funniest comedy skit would be this one I saw with Cedric the Entertainer called "Que Hora Es" about a group of people in a spanish drama, but they know only 4th grade level spanish. Its too funny!

I think one of the funniest comedy skits has to be the bathroom scene from Bridemaids when all of the girls get sick. That was absolutely HILARIOUS!!!
