Conviction Cinemit Gofobo Code Leak
It has come to our attention that a Cinemit member leaked the Cinemit gofobo code for the 10/12 screening of Conviction on another web site (see attached).
We'd just like to reiterate that Cinemit screenings using Gofobo codes should not be shared - we say this only to ensure that all Cinemit members get to attend. Cinemit works to arrange screenings for YOU the member, and we want only our members to reap the benefits. Although we can't control this, we'd appreciate it if all our members would not share Gofobo codes for the sake of the Community.
We apologize to those that successfully RSVPed to the screening but did not get tickets because of the leak. Hopefully we can get you to another screening very soon!

Welcome! Cinemit is pretty simple. Sign up (which you have done already), get on the site and participate in discussions or start your own, and keep your eyes open for an email regarding the next screening. The day of the RSVP post you'll get an email with the time tickets will be available. Go on the site and check for the post - it'll contain a question for you to answer.
Based on the number of tickets we have - they will be distributed - either actual passes or a gofobo code. The important thing - if it's a gofobo code - don't distribute it or post it to other sties. Keep it here so all Cinemit members can get the passes they deserve. Make some sense?

I have had problems becoming a member of "GOBOFO" because of some problem with their registration process. I fill out all the info they ask for then when I click on the link they send to my "G-mail" their site says that they are confirming my membership but the "user name" they are confirming isnt mine! I re-registered at LEAST "15" times with the same problem; some other person's user-name being confirmed. To make matters worse, when I tried logging on with my info, the site said that my "E-mail" address or my user-name didn't exist! Can anyone help me out, please?
Hmm...I'd take it up with gofobo support. Did you click the link in the Gofobo confirmation email?
I too have been having these issuse with GOFOBO as well but I just request a new password be sent to my addy and then it auto logs me in and I can get the screening still.
What a knucklehead. I didn't get a pass cause of that.
